He was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley and has been serving the real estate community since 2005. Kevin attended the University of California at Riverside and received a bachelor's degree in Business Economics. Upon graduating from UCR, Kevin pursued a career in real estate at a very early age. Over his career, Kevin has seen both the highs and lows of the real estate market and the primary focus has always been achieving the goals of his clients based on a few fundamental principles. The principles are integrity, innovation, and transparency with the client top of mind. These simple principles he follows have generated quick and efficient results for his clients. Saving his clients not only time but money as well.

Kevin is a top agent in the San Gabriel Valley and has also volunteered his time towards the industry becoming the youngest president in 2016 of the West San Gabriel Valley Real Estate Agents. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to the industry, including Real Estate Agents of the Year in 2017 as well as receiving the Centurion award (Given to the top producing agents within the Century 21 system) in 2015, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
